Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes are a great class of many subordinate species. On both sides there are some useful, and some less useful. From the Firmicutes we can establish many useful ones that displace the less useful ones. They have partially similar modes of action to those of some Bacteroidetes - those bacteria that cannot yet be cultivated, and administered industrially. To multiply the bacteria, we need to feed them well with good fibre, such as whole grains, some fruits and vegetables (banana, leek), flax seeds and psyllium husks, etc. They also nourish good bacteria that help us lose weight.
